Hello everybody,
this is the blog of my month in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I will be a volunteer for the Grameen Bank, which was founded by Muhammad Yunus, 2006 Nobel Peace Prize Winner. This bank provides micro-credits for the poor of mainly Bangladesh and other countries. I'm not sure what I have to expect, but I'm really exited to learn about the system of the bank, get to know a different culture and help poor people.
I leave Frankfurt Airport on Sunday the 29th of July. I will have a 2 day stop-over at Doha, Qatar and then fly to Dhaka the capital of Bangladesh. My flight back is going on August 31st.
Although I don't know how the internet access will be, I will try to keep you up to date, to share my experiences with you.
Right now I have to do a lot of stuff and pack my bag (I'm ready to go...) so I will come back to you as soon as possible.

Na das ist ja geil... Würde sich gut in meinem Lebenslauf machen so n Praktikum ;)
muss ich mir mal für später überlegen... nach dem Studium evtl. Kann also sein, dass ich dich nochmal drauf anspreche ;)
